Hi, I’m Emily.

Before I was a trauma therapist, I was a person rebuilding her own life. Like many of my clients, I’ve had to work through loss, self-doubt, and long-standing emotional wounds. That personal experience shapes how I show up in therapy: not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who knows the path because I’ve walked it too.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in evidence-based trauma treatment. I’m trained in EMDR, somatic therapies, and mindfulness-based techniques, and I specialize in helping women who are successful on the outside but struggling within.
