About me

Hi, I'm Emily

This work is a love letter to my past self. The woman who was outwardly ambitious and high achieving but secretly insecure, anxious, disconnected, and struggling to find joy amidst pain and trauma. In my great unraveling, I realized I had deeply embedded beliefs and stuck pain and trauma that gravely impaired my ability to feel whole and live the life I craved. If you’re anything like me, I know where you’ve been and I know how to get you where you want to go.

Combining my personal experience, education, and years of work with beloved women, I help motivated women stop feeling, numb, anxious, and checked out so you can enjoy your life. With a compassionate yet direct approach, I help women go from reactive to responsive, anxious to calm, insecure to confident. I will help you figure out how to manage your triggers so you can be a better partner, friend, and mom.

I use EMDR and body-based therapy to allow your busy, analytical, over-active mind to take a break and (kindly) get out of the way so you can heal. As your therapist, my intention is to provide you a judgement free space that will allow you to create and live the life you’ve been craving.
